Joana Deladem Kwawu is a committed and detail-oriented development economist with a keen interest in development, inequality, welfare, health, and labor economics. Her career has been one of academic rigor, insightful study, and a passion for understanding the subtle forces that have built the global economy, including an MPhil in Economics from the University of Ghana. She has developed expertise in large dataset collection and interpretation, research, analysis, communication, and problem solving. She is able to collaborate in a team environment and accomplish tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. She has over five years of experience as a research assistant. Her most recent studies have concentrated on fertility and labor force participation outcomes in Ghana.
