Louis Hodey is a development researcher with specialisation in rural livelihood studies, poverty analysis, impact evaluations, social protection, agricultural commercialisation, and climate change. He has over 10 years’ experience in designing and implementing multidisciplinary research for local and international organisations in developing countries including Ghana, Nigeria, Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe, Colombia, and Ethiopia. Louis is currently a Consultant Researcher at the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex. Most recently, Louis worked as Principal Research Assistant at the Institute of Statistical, Social, and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana.
